Happy Spring everyone! It it finally starting to look like spring around here, ignoring the 2″ snowfall earlier this week of course. I decided to make myself a spring CottageCore outfit! I drafted the dress and corset myself and I am uploading the pattern for the corset. Ok it’s not a real waist reducing corset just a decorative boned bodice.
Watch my YouTube video for instructions.

To be able to use this pattern you should have some knowledge on how to size patterns to fit you. This pattern is my size because I don’t know how to grade patterns. My measurements are 34 inch bust, 26 waist and 36 hips.
Also my dress has pockets because I like pockets. For the pictures and video I had jelly beans in my pockets.

And Emmie got a matching dress as well. Her colors were flipped from mine because I used almost all of my fabric. If you’re interested in the dog dress pattern let me know in the comments!
Emmie’s dress does not have pockets because she doesn’t have hands.

I had so much fun making this dress and corset and I’m definitely ready for spring even though I haven’t been able to wear it since the day I took pictures because it keeps trying to be winter weather outside.

I’d love the dog matching cottage dress and corset pattern.
I have the dog dress pattern available too, you’d have to modify it slightly to have the front cut out https://emeraldcastledesigns.com/dog-dress-free-pattern-download/
